Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in a modern web browser on Windows, macOS or Linux. Images are decoded in your browser, so there is nothing to download or configure.
Which images are supported?
Standard DICOM files, including multi-frame X-ray angiography, CT, MR and other greyscale modalities, uncompressed or JPEG lossless. Select the files from a CD or the modality and we sort them into studies and series.
Who can see my studies?
Only you and the people you choose. Studies can be shared with physicians we have verified, and you can stop sharing at any time; when you do, anyone the study was forwarded to loses access too.
How do I pay for a package?
Choose a package in your account, pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and enter the transaction reference. Your package starts as soon as we confirm the payment.
What happens to patient uploads?
To protect patient privacy, studies uploaded by patients are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.
Is this a replacement for our PACS?
No. It is built for sharing and reviewing studies between people and places that do not share a PACS: referrals, second opinions and remote reporting.
